i loved how central this hotel was. i walked to many attractions easily. the staff provided excellent directions and recommendations. the room was so quiet and the bed was a dream after long days.

the lift was small and a little slow.

the location was perfect, right in the center. shops and the river were super close (i loved the markets!). the room was very spacious and super clean, greatly appreciated. the staff was friendly and helpful, especially when i needed directions.

the air conditioning in my room wasn't working efficiently, so the room felt quite warm. i ended up opening the windows, but it let in some street noise.

The staff offered local information. I also found good restaurant recommendations. Our Privilege Double Room was spacious. The room also was clean. I found it very comfortable. It included a stocked refrigerator. The room also came with a complete breakfast.

The WiFi was not robust.
